At Nival Journey, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Reasons for Return
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item is incomplete or missing parts due to a packaging error.
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Products without original packaging
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, a photo of the product.
Our support team will respond with return instructions and address details.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or cash return (as applicable and agreed upon).
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
